For the past two years, the event has taken place on the beautiful island of Hvar, Croatia. Following this success, we are excited to announce the 3rd Hvar Bodypainting Festival that will take place on the 31st of May and 1st of June 2025! The first day will feature an exciting contest where artists will compete in two categories, inspired by the theme of "TO BE ANNOUNCED." On the second day, artists can showcase their creativityvin a relaxed jam session under the theme "TBA". With Hvar as the backdrop, this promises to be an unforgettable celebration of art and community.

The World Award: Camouflage category is a special part of the World Bodypainting Festival, inspired by the famous technique where artists paint models to blend into the background. Since 2021, this award has celebrated the skill of creating optical illusions that challenge the eye. Many artists have dreamed of competing in this category, so the competition now takes place over two days, giving more participants the chance to show their talent.

"Revolution of Beauty" This theme invites artists to show how beauty changes across time, cultures, and perspectives. This theme is about breaking old rules, embracing diversity, and expressing individuality. It’s not just about outer beauty but about freedom and personal identity. In this competition, the human body is your canvas to challenge norms and celebrate uniqueness. Wwhether it’s your own journey or the story of an inspiring figure from history - inspire the audience with your vision.
